Service Fees & Payment Policy

EduStaff Recruiters provides professional recruitment and consultation services for educators and educational institutions. All fees are charged strictly for service support and do not constitute any guarantee of placement or employment.


📌 Registration / Processing & Consultation Fee

A one-time processing and consultation fee of ₹500 is applicable at the time of registration.
This fee covers profile evaluation, documentation review, verification, and recruitment consultation support.

📌 This fee is non-refundable once the recruitment process has been initiated.


📌 Post-Placement Service Fee

A service fee of ₹3,500 is applicable only after successful placement.
The fee must be paid within 45 days from the candidate’s date of joining.

✔ Fees are charged for professional recruitment facilitation and coordination services, not for job guarantees

  • EduStaff Recruiters does not guarantee placement, salary, or selection

  • Final hiring decisions rest solely with the hiring institution

  • All payments must be made through authorized digital payment modes only

  • Fees once paid are non-transferable and non-refundable
